I love staying active—surfing, paddle boarding, scuba, and trail running. I earned my MBA from Pepperdine University, and completed my undergraduate studies at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. My early years included studying engineering as an undergrad and working overseas as an aerospace engineer designing fighter jets.</p> <p>I transitioned into aerospace sales, selling similar fighter jets to the ones I designed. The sharp negotiation skills I honed in sales have shaped my instincts in real estate and helped me produce lucrative deals even in less-than-perfect circumstances.
